APPEARANCE OF PRINTS & PAINTINGS
Whilst every care has been taken to provide an accurate
representation of the Prints and Paintings available for purchase,
individual screen sizes and settings used by the viewer may cause
variations in the on-screen appearance, both in colour and
Prices of original paintings include VAT at the current rate, but
VAT is not charged on Prints.
Payment is made through PayPal from your PayPal account, or if you
do not have a PayPal account, by credit or debit card at no
additional cost to you. When you checkout, you will be directed to
PayPal's secure web site in order to make your payment. PayPal
accepts all major credit cards, including, Visa, MasterCard, Amex,
Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. Payment is made in
UK Pounds Sterling and your own credit card company will convert any
other currencies. For security reasons, we do not have, get or keep
your credit or debit card information.
Prints are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels (delivery time 3-5
days) and Paintings are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next
day) and no extra charge is made for delivery to UK mainland
addresses. All orders should be dispatched within seven working days
of receipt of your order and should be received by you within 14
working days. If you do not receive your print/s or painting within
this time please do not hesitate to contact us.
We welcome orders from most overseas addresses for Prints only.
Please contact us first for cost as prices for overseas postage
varies. Any payment will have to clear before any print or prints
are posted. Local import duties may be payable to the relevant
authorities before delivery can be made. You, as the buyer are
responsible for paying any such duties and they are not included in
the delivery charges.
Any information you provide is strictly confidential and we will not
trade or rent your name, e-mail address, postal address or phone
number to any third party, unless you wish to be placed on a
Gallery's mailing list for future exhibitions.
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or if
it is damaged in transit, please email or telephone us first and you
will receive a full refund upon receipt of the returned Painting or
Print in its original packaging. Any postage expenses incurred by
you will also be refunded provided that you send us proof of postage
and a suitable invoice detailing your expenses. Please note that I
cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system and
therefore recommend you obtain proof of postage.
In accordance with international copyright law, copyright of all
works displayed and sold on this site remains the property of the
artist. No copying of the work in any form, for any purpose, private
or commercial is allowed without express permission in writing from

In general your Prints and Paintings will do best in a moderately
heated, stable environment. Always hang your artwork out of direct
sunlight, as this is the main culprit in the degradation of both
watercolour paintings and printed images. It is inadvisable to hang
your picture directly above a radiator, as extreme heat can cause
the properties of many art materials to change. For example, sudden
shifts between hot and cold can cause oil on canvas to expand and
contract, cracking the paint slightly in the process. Keeping the
temperature reasonably stable eliminates this cracking. Oils painted
on board are more stable but humid or damp conditions should still
